Who we are

This site is operated by Loan Daddy LLC, NMLS #2827624, doing business under the brand DSCR Loan Arizona. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Loan Daddy LLC. You can reach us at quotes@loandaddy.ai.

Information you give us

When you submit the scenario form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the property state and type, the loan purpose, estimated property value and loan amount, the occupancy answer you select, and anything you write in the message field. We also record that you consented to contact and the time you did so.

If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so the next person who speaks with you is not starting from zero.

Information collected automatically

We capture campaign attribution: the UTM parameters on the link that brought you here (source, medium, campaign, term and content), any gclid or fbclid identifier on the URL, the landing page address, and the referring page. The first page you visit in a session sets those values, and they are held in your browser’s sessionStorage so a later visit to the form still carries the original campaign. That storage is cleared when you close the tab or browser session.

This site does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party behavioral advertising pixels, and does not build a cross-site profile of you. Our web host records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp — for security and reliability.

How we use it

To evaluate the property scenario you send and reply to you about it.
To match the scenario with wholesale lenders whose programs may fit.
To keep a record of your consent and of what we told you.
To improve the site and understand which pages and campaigns are useful.
To comply with licensing, recordkeeping and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share the information needed to do the work: wholesale lenders and their processing partners when you ask us to pursue a program; our customer relationship management and communication platforms; service providers who host the site, store records or send email; and parties we are required to disclose to by law, subpoena or regulatory request.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Consent, calls and texts

When you submit the form you agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or tell any caller that you do not want further contact. You can also email us and ask us to stop.

Opting out of marketing contact does not remove records we are required to keep, and it does not stop transactional messages about an application you have asked us to process.

Retention and security

We keep lead records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, for our legitimate business records, and for any period required by licensing rules, then delete or de-identify them. We use access controls and encrypted transport, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements. Email quotes@loandaddy.ai and we will respond within a reasonable period. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know and the right to delete; the same email address reaches the person who handles those requests.

Children

This site is for adults engaged in investment activity. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
