Where we are licensed and what each license covers
These are commercial mortgage broker licenses. They cover business-purpose brokerage only, not consumer home loans.

If a property or scenario is outside the scope of these licenses, we will tell you rather than proceed. We do not arrange consumer mortgage loans or loans on a home you will live in, and we do not offer government-insured or government-guaranteed residential programs.
03Scope
Business purpose only
This is the boundary that defines every product on this site.
Every loan we arrange is a business-purpose loan secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. The borrower is an investor or an investment entity, and the property is held to produce income or appreciate as an investment. Loans for personal, family or household use are outside what we do, and a property that you or a family member will occupy is not eligible — regardless of how the loan is structured.
We ask about occupancy on every inquiry for that reason. If the answer is that you intend to live in the property, we will decline the file rather than place it with a lender under a business-purpose representation that is not accurate.
04Verification
How to check us, and how to complain
Both are legitimate and neither should be awkward.
Verify the entity and any individual licensee at nmlsconsumeraccess.org, and confirm the Arizona commercial mortgage broker license through the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions license lookup. The NMLS identifier is 2827624.
If something about our service is wrong, tell us first: write to quotes@loandaddy.ai with the details and we will respond. You are also entitled to contact the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, based on where the property and the borrower are located, and to use the NMLS consumer complaint process.
